Absolutely loved the breakfast with a perfect selection of pastries and local delicacies that made our mornings a true culinary adventure! The staff was super helpful in directing us to hidden gem restaurants nearby like Il Latini and La Dantesca, just a hop away for more delightful eats.
While the hotel’s pictures suggest a sprawling palace, it’s cozily compact instead. The lovely decor, though charming, doesn’t match that grand illusion. Still, everything had its polished shine.

Water pressure in the shower too low!!! Small bathroom sizes limit comfort!!! Some areas showing signs of age and require maintenance!!! Inconsistent room conditions could lead to disappointment if expectations aren't aligned!!!

comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks
The hotel features a lovely building with nice decor, offering a spacious and well-equipped room with high-quality linen. Breakfast was exceptional, with a delightful selection of pastries and freshly squeezed juice, setting a wonderful tone for the day.

The location is ideal for sightseeing, just a short walk from key attractions and transit options. The charming garden breakfast area is delightful, complemented by freshly squeezed juice that enhances the experience. However, the room felt slightly dated, lacking the expected amenities for a four-star establishment, and the service at breakfast was inconsistent, with some items like the coffee disappointing. Despite these shortcomings, the comfortable bed provided a good night's rest after long days of exploring.

A dream stay in Florence!
Such an amazing hotel! Our room was huge and spotless, with a stunning view that made waking up a joy. Breakfast was delightful, especially under the tree outside. Only bummer was the lift was tiny, felt a bit cramped, but that didn't spoil the fun!

Had an awesome time with friends! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, close to attractions and great food. Enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard every morning. Don’t miss out on visiting the local golf courses like Circolo Golf Ugolino and sampling wines at Cantina Antinori!
One negative part was that our room had a charming yet quirky attic feel which needed some maintenance. A fresh coat of paint would’ve made it even better.

Fabulous location just a short stroll from major sites. The breakfast spread was outstanding, and the staff helped me arrange a special floral surprise for my partner's birthday. It was a truly memorable experience.
The lift was a bit slow, which could be annoying during busy times.
